Reports to: General Manager

The ideal candidate is outgoing, friendly and personable. Great organization skills a must. They will be the point person for our loyal volunteer base and must be an excellent communicator. 

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Friday, January 26th

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

(1) Coordinate Volunteers 

  • Airport transportation for guest artists 
  • Grocery runs for guest artists 
  • Secure Ushers/Concessions volunteers (Sign-Up Genius)
  •  Plan Volunteer Appreciation Event  
  • Keep track of volunteer hours 

(2) Manage Artist House 

  • Communicate with Guests/Artists Re: expectations/Artist House rules, etc.  
  • Turn over Artist House between Productions (arrange scheduling cleaners with GM/create and organize a laundry system for linens, etc.)

(3) Organize Events/Concessions 

  • 1st day of rehearsal Meet and Greet w/ Cast/Creative  Team/Staff (Simple food spread, email invite)
  • Organize Opening Night/Closing Parties (Order/Pick-up food, set up event 
  • Assist at special events/parties 
  • Manage concessions inventory/send inventory updates to  GM/pick up supplies 

(4) Facilities Support

  • Help reset theater/lobby/JoAnn’s room (in advance of opening nights/events/etc.)

(5) Coordinate with Stage Manager 

  • Librettos/scores distribution 
  • Mail scores/librettos back to rights holder at end of  production
